Ingredients:
1 pound Black Hat Beef grass fed ground meat
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame seed
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 green onions, chopped
Directions
Heat a skillet to medium heat. Brown the ground meat in the sesame oil. Add the garlic, ginger, honey, and rice vinegar. Continue to cook the meat to a deep brown. Add the brown sugar and stir. Add the soy sauce, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes and mix. Add the green onions and stir. Serve warm with rice and stir fry vegetables.
