Ingredients:
1 lb Black Hat Beef ground meat
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
4 sesame seed buns
4 big slices chipotle Monterey Jack cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked
pickles
favorite BBQ sauce
fried crispy onion topping
Directions:
Place ground meat in a bowl. Add the egg, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix with your hands. Divide into 4 equal parts. Roll into a ball and then shape into a patty. Place a “dimple” with your thumb on top of each. Cook on a grill until nearly done. Top with cheese to melt. Add buns to grill to toast.
Build the burgers by placing pickles on the bottom bun. Place the meat patty with cheese on top of pickles. Add bacon, onion topping, and BBQ sauce. Enjoy
Ingredients:
3 medium sized potatoes
olive oil
salt (sea salt or Kosher)
Ranch dressing seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash potatoes. Cut the potatoes in half long ways. Cut the halves diagonally to make the fries. Place the fries in a container with a top. Add just enough oil to coat the potatoes, the salt, and the Ranch dressing seasoning. Place the top on the container and shake to coat. Place the fries on a cooling rack over a rimmed baking sheet with spacing between each one. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes until crispy and brown.
